My Story
Hi! I’m Lizzie!
I’m a 28-year-old girl who loves coffee, a good book, long walks with my husband, and helping young women and girls find their self-worth and calling in life.
Originally born in New Jersey, I attended James Madison University in Virginia for college and graduated with a degree in psychology. A few years later, I would go on to become a certified life coach and obtain certification in cognitive behavioral therapy, which I actively practice with clients today.
After school, I quickly made my way down to Orlando, Florida where I’ve now lived for over 6+ years. I could not be happier to call Orlando home.
The heartbeat of everything that I do is always one drive – to be the person that I needed when I was younger.
Who I needed when I was younger was someone to help me find my way in life. I needed someone who knew their identity in Christ and could help me find mine.
I needed someone to give me tangible steps to not only have confidence in myself but to teach me how to overcome negative self-talk, forgive my past, heal through pain, love myself, pursue my dreams, achieve my goals and become the person I always wanted to be.
If ever I have heard the voice of God it was when He whispered, “Go and speak to young women, that is what I have designed you to do.”
I am here to tell you that it IS possible to achieve every one of these things. That there are concrete steps to getting there and that I will show you the way.
I can promise you this because I’ve done it and I’ve witnessed a countless number of women and teens, of all ages, do the same. Every service I offer is designed to do just that. Transform your life. Let’s continue the conversation. I can’t wait to hear from you!
